The ANAWAKALMEKAK INDIGENATIONS SCHOLARS EARLY COLLEGE SUMMER PROGRAM at UCLA is a unique and engaging three-week summer hybrid residential college preparatory program designed for 2025-2026 American Indian / Native American high school students in Los Angeles County! This is a NO COST program thanks to grant funding, so apply today!


WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE 2025 INDIGENATIONS SCHOLARS SUMMER PROGRAM?

If you are a Native American student who will be an incoming high school student (9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade) during the 2025-2026 academic school year, you are eligible to sign up for the summer program.​

To participate in the IndigeNations Scholars Summer Program, you must be first be registered with Native Ways 2 College. NW2C is free program for Middle and High School Native American students in Los Angeles County.
CAN I APPLY TO BE A YOUTH MENTOR?

We are currently looking for highly motivated, responsible, organized, and self-starter individuals who can handle an array of tasks and who works well independently and as part of a small team. The individual must be able to come up with multiple solutions to any given problem in areas that might be outside their expertise and be willing to take on uncertain challenges. The individual must be able to work alone for an entire day in a remote area.
